Program extended for another month to continue serving impacted families & individuals amid ongoing COVID-19 crisis

The Muslim Leadership Council of San Diego (www.mlcsd.org), an umbrella organization representing over 25 Muslim organizations based in San Diego has decided to extend the ongoing free meal program until end of April.
The program was started to serve San Diegans impacted by the COVID-19 crisis and will now continue until April 30, 2020, with a possibility of further extension. It includes free delivery for healthcare workers, seniors and people without any means of transportation.
The program is being sponsored by Muslim Leadership Council of San Diego in collaboration with two local restaturants, “Tikka Lounge” and “Charminar.”
“As the crisis continue to impact San Diegans, we will continue serving free warm meals to the needy and the healthcare workers who are in the forefront of this fight against the coronavirus. We are all in this together” said Ghouse Mohammed, Chairmain of the Muslim Leadership Council.

Where: Charminar Indian Restaurant and Catering 6755 Mira Mesa Blvd Ste 113, San Diego, CA 92121 (Delivery only for Healthcare workers, Seniors and individuals without any means of transportation)
